What this site is. Golf Course Scout (golfcoursescout.com), operated by Secure Layer HQ, is a directory of golf courses. It is not a golf course, a booking service or a travel agent, and it does not sell tee times.
The facts. Holes, par, yardage, green fees and amenities are read from each course's own website on the date recorded in our data. They can change without notice. Green fees are "from" prices. Confirm anything that matters with the course before you travel or pay.
The courses are independent. Any course you contact or book with is an independent business. The booking, the price, the conditions and the round are between you and the course. We are not a party to that and are not responsible for it.
Map data. Course locations come from OpenStreetMap: Map data (c) OpenStreetMap contributors, under the Open Database License.
Photographs. The photographs on this site are licensed stock images showing the kind of place. They do not show any listed course unless the course has sent its own photos, which are then marked as the course's.
Claims. A claim is free. We check it by hand and may refuse or reverse one that we cannot verify. Featured placement is a paid service on terms stated when it is bought.
Your use. You agree not to use the site to send spam, test automated tools, scrape it at a rate that burdens it, or harvest information about the courses or their owners.
Liability. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, from any course you book with, or from reliance on anything written here.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
